GrowthWingman ("we", "our") provides AI-powered phone, text, and marketing automation services for small businesses ("Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Account info: name, email, mobile number, business name and contact details you provide on signup.
- Usage data: calls and texts handled by your wingman, recordings, transcripts, and metadata about volume and timing.
- Customer data: contact information for callers and texters who interact with your wingman, including names and phone numbers they provide.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, cookies for analytics.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the Services.
- To process payments and send you billing communications.
- To improve the AI models that power your wingman (only with your explicit opt-in for training data).
- To comply with legal obligations (TCPA, state recording laws, tax).
How we share it
We share data with: payment processors (Stripe), email provider (Resend), AI/voice providers (GoHighLevel and its underlying voice and AI providers), analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics, Meta), and law enforcement when required.
Recording and AI disclosure
Calls handled by your wingman open with an AI disclosure as required by law in California, Florida, and other states. In all-party-consent states, callers are informed that the call may be recorded for quality.
Your rights
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Customers in California, Virginia, and other CCPA/VCDPA states have additional rights including the right to opt out of "sale" of personal information.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the life of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. Call recordings retained 90 days by default (configurable).
