Once your wingman is provisioned, point your existing business line at it. Pick your carrier:
Verizon (Wireless)
Forwarding code:
**21*<wingman-number># Dial the code from your phone. To turn off forwarding, dial ##21#.
AT&T (Wireless)
Forwarding code:
**21*<wingman-number># Same as Verizon for unconditional forwarding. To disable, dial ##21#.
T-Mobile (Wireless)
Forwarding code:
**21*<wingman-number># Same code. To disable: ##21#.
Verizon Business / AT&T Landline
Forwarding code:
*72 then <wingman-number> Wait for confirmation tone. To disable: *73.
RingCentral / 8x8 / Vonage / Ooma
Forwarding code:
Configured in admin portal — see Call Forwarding settings Set 'Forward all calls' or 'Forward when busy/no-answer' to your wingman number.
Conditional vs. unconditional forwarding
Unconditional forwarding sends every call to your wingman immediately — best if you want the wingman to answer everything first.
Conditional forwarding only forwards when you don't answer or your line is busy — best if you want to answer calls yourself first and only fall back to the wingman.
