How your first 14 days work, what you pay after, how to add or update a card, and what happens if you cancel.

Pricing in plain English

Pricing is tailored to your business and stated on the proposal you receive after submitting the intake form or talking with a setup specialist. Every quote includes:

  • A single monthly subscription covering calls, SMS, follow-up, calendar, reviews, and reactivation.
  • No setup fee. No card required to get started.
  • No surprise overages — usage is bundled into a clean monthly bill.

Most businesses land well below the cost of a part-time receptionist plus a marketing manager.

Your first 14 days

Every signup gets 14 days free, no card required. Your wingman handles real calls, real texts, the works — for free.

  • Day 10: email reminder to add a card if you want to continue.
  • Day 12: second reminder via email + SMS.
  • Day 14: your free period ends. If no card is on file, your wingman enters a 5-day grace period — calls still get answered, but with a brief “please leave a message” greeting.
  • Day 19: if still no card, your wingman pauses. Calls go to standard voicemail. Your data is retained for 30 days.
  • Day 49: sub-account archived. Win-back sequence kicks in. You can reactivate any time within 12 months without losing your phone number.

Adding a card

After signup, your customer dashboard at app.growthwingman.com has a Billing tab. Add a card there to continue past day 14. You can also be sent a card-capture link by your account manager.

Upgrading or downgrading

If you’d like to switch industry-specific plans (e.g., starting on the Plumbing plan and adding Roofing for an expanded company), email [email protected] — we currently handle plan changes manually so we can also migrate snapshots cleanly.

Canceling

Cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancel; you can export every contact, conversation, and recording during that window.

Refund policy

We don’t offer refunds, but we do offer a no-risk guarantee: if your wingman doesn’t book you 3 jobs in your first 14 days, we’ll cancel for you personally, no questions asked. Email [email protected] before day 19 to invoke this.

Receipts and invoices

Receipts are emailed automatically after each successful payment. All historical invoices are downloadable from your dashboard’s Billing tab.
