This add-on enables WhatsApp Business as a first-class channel inside your inbox — your Wingmen read inbound WhatsApp messages and reply through the same threads they handle SMS and email. The $25/mo is the subscription enablement; per-message fees from Meta (template messages, marketing messages) pass through your wallet at standard usage rates plus the standard 5% Stripe fee.

Yes. You (or we, if you want help) walk through Meta's verification flow — uploading your business documents, verifying your phone number, agreeing to WhatsApp's commerce policy. It takes 1-2 business days.
Only if it's not currently used in the consumer WhatsApp app. You either port an unused number from a SIM, port out from another BSP, or request a new dedicated WhatsApp number during setup.
